a wild sunflower.
drove home yesterday for the first time in a month. on the side of the driveway next to the generator just happened to be the biggest, most beautiful sunflower I had ever seen. Walking in, I asked my mom why she picked that spot to plant the flower, and she smiled and said that it was wild, and that it had bloomed the day before I came home.
